Richmond Interiors is a wholesaler of luxury furniture and accessories. A family business where warmth, short lines and flexibility play the leading role. The roots lie in retail with its own furniture stores. Richmond therefore knows from its own experience what retailers need. Byteleaders realized the migration from Microsoft Outlook to Zendesk in early 2022. Richmond Interiors chose Zendesk because of the efficient distribution of the large-scale incoming requests from B2B partners among sales and service colleagues. Since then, Byteleaders has been performing monthly updates to continue to optimize the processes.
With the set macros, actions can be quickly called, such as informing another department or sharing information with the customer. This saves a lot of typing that can now be spent on helping the dealers as best as possible.
When a service request is delivered complete with the required information, Richmond's internal service can pick it up. To facilitate this, a dealer portal has been set up with predefined forms. The fields include article number and photo input. Zendesk can assign the right colleague based on this information.
