Dstrezzed is the favorite clothing brand for every modern man who appreciates the specific quality and aesthetics of our clothing for this modern era. Through competitive prices, Dstrezzed reaches men from all over the world. The products are distributed through a network of local premium retailers, but we also connect and inspire on our online sales channel.

Cooperation
Byteleaders has been providing the entire online customer service for Dstrezzed since 2021. Given the international nature of the company, we provide Dutch, English, French and German customer service. Byteleaders also provides the management and maintenance of the customer service system Zendesk.

Service and returns handling
Dstrezzed stands for high quality products. If a customer has a question about the quality of the product, they can contact us directly to discuss this. Based on an agreed protocol, a customer can receive a voucher or exchange. Our customer service process is integrated with the returns and financial department, which means that customers are helped directly.
Scalability
When Dstrezzed receives a higher volume of customer contact, for example on Black Friday, Byteleaders ensures that there is sufficient manpower to continue to serve customers within the agreed time frame.
