Over ons
Byteleaders was founded in January 2018 by Ralph Heeneman. He found that there was insufficient supply of flexible customer contact solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. From there, the idea for Byteleaders was born: a new facility contact center aimed at entrepreneurs who want to grow quickly. The company has now grown to 15 customer advisors and we serve various sectors.

What we do
We are the one-stop-shop for setting up and staffing your customer service environment. We start by looking at the current situation and what can be improved. We provide advice and discuss various implementation options. We have extensive experience with implementing Zendesk Support Suite. The customer contact software that can handle multiple channels and even multiple brands in one system.
How we do it
In addition to complete unburdening, we also build external customer service teams that complement existing teams. We also call this hybrid customer service outsourcing. There are various options, such as outsourcing outside office hours, scaling up during busy periods, first-line/second-line. This does not even have to be planned busy periods. Our automated customer service backbone checks the telephone and chat queue every minute. Based on this, an employee of Byteleaders can be automatically called. You no longer have to worry about this!

More and more customers asked for advice on setting up customer contact software in addition to operational customer service. After extensive market research, Zendesk came out on top. After the selection and training process, Byteleaders became a certified Zendesk partner in August 2020. We now help dozens of companies set up the Zendesk environment.
