About us
Byteleaders was founded in January 2018 by Ralph Heeneman, following the observation that small and medium-sized businesses lacked access to flexible and scalable customer contact solutions. This insight led to the creation of Byteleaders: a modern contact center designed to support ambitious entrepreneurs in their growth. Today, the company has grown into a team of 15 customer advisors and provides services across a wide range of sectors.

What we do

How we do it
In addition to fully managing customer service operations, we build external customer service teams that seamlessly complement existing in-house teams. This approach is also known as hybrid customer service outsourcing. Options include coverage outside office hours, scaling during peak periods, and support for both first-line and second-line customer contact. This support is not limited to predictable busy periods. Our automated customer service backbone continuously monitors telephone and chat queues and activates a Byteleaders customer advisor when needed. This ensures continuity and flexibility without requiring additional effort on your side.
