What is an Agent?

An agent is a colleague of Byteleaders who takes care of the customer service of our customers.

What does your invoicing process look like?

Every month you will receive a specification and invoice from us. For our Hourly model, you can find an example here. This invoice must be paid within 14 days. We have a shortened payment term due to the large number of labor costs we process.

How many agents do I need?

This depends on the number of calls and the handling time per call. Here you can find a handy tool to calculate this.

Can I pay per call?

Yes, you can. Choose our Multiclient solution. Especially with smaller volume calls, this is a great solution.

Is this the only hourly rate you have?

Outsourcing is customization. Every company has different requirements and wishes. The given price is our most popular hourly rate. If you have special requirements for our employees, such as owning specific certificates or diplomas, we can discuss a different hourly rate.

Are these costs tax deductible?

Yes, it is. These costs can be increased by 100% and the VAT is fully deductible.
